La Casa del Pastenello is a bright and welcoming apartment in the heart of Vernazza, one of the most iconic villages of the Cinque Terre. Recently renovated, it combines modern comforts with the authentic charm of traditional Ligurian homes. It was once the home of the owner's grandmother and still retains a warm, familiar atmosphere full of history and character.

Location and access

The apartment is located in a characterful building next to the railway and is reached via an external staircase (equivalent to a fifth floor). Its strategic position just steps from Vernazza station makes it ideal for exploring all five villages with ease.

Please note: with the windows open, you may hear trains passing. Thanks to the air conditioning and double-glazed windows, sound insulation is excellent, particularly during the night.

The apartment

• Bedroom 2 – double bedroom accessible from the living room, with two windows offering views over both the vineyards and the village

Outdoor space

Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with a supplement, subject to house rules. Dogs must be kept on a lead in common areas and are not permitted on beds or furniture.

• In-person check-in: arrival time must be communicated in advance (3:00–6:30 pm)


• Arrivals after 6:30 pm may incur a supplement


• Check-in after 10:00 pm is not accepted


• As the property is located within the Cinque Terre National Park, technical assistance response times may occasionally be longer than usual
