Breathtaking View The highlight is the private balcony overlooking the sea, furnished with a table and chairs – the ideal spot for breakfast with a view of the cliffs or a glass of wine at sunset, accompanied by the sound of the waves. Each morning, you’ll wake up to a unique panorama of the Ligurian coast.

Comfortable and Well-Appointed Interiors Two spacious double bedrooms (both with air conditioning, available since March 2025, and ceiling fans) and a single bedroom with a wall fan ensure comfort in every season. Pet-Friendly Accommodation Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed upon prior agreement and with an extra fee. Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas, not climb on beds or sofas, and respect the peace of other guests.

Check-In From December 4th, 2024, Italian law requires in-person identity verification at check-in. Arrival time must be communicated in advance (15:00–18:30). Arrivals after 18:30 may incur extra costs, and check-ins after 22:00 will not be accepted. Heating is prohibited by law from April 1st to November 8th. Due to the location within the National Park, response times for minor service issues may be longer.
